The rules, in plain English.
You own your audio. We own the kit. Everything else is detail.

The short version
You own your audio. We own the equipment. Either of us can end a program with reasonable notice.
The program
TeamCast supplies equipment, training, editing and distribution as described in your written quote. Episode counts, delivery dates and inclusions are set out there.
Equipment
Equipment is supplied on loan and remains the property of TeamCast. Fair wear and tear is expected and is our cost. Loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear may be charged at replacement value. Equipment must be returned at the end of the program.
Your audio
You own the recordings made on your program. You grant TeamCast the licence needed to edit, produce, host and distribute them on your behalf. We will not use your audio in our own marketing without your written permission.
Consent and child safety
You are responsible for obtaining participant consent and for supervising sessions with your own staff. We are responsible for our personnel holding current Working with Children Checks and complying with child-safe standards.
Turnaround
We aim to publish within three to five business days of a complete upload. School holidays and public holidays are excluded. If a deadline is tight, tell us before you record.
Payment
Invoices are issued in Australian dollars, against a purchase order where required, on 30-day terms. Term-by-term invoicing is available for schools.
Ending a program
Fixed-run programs are for the agreed number of episodes. Annual programs may be ended by either party with 30 days written notice, and we will refund any unused prepaid portion.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it.
